In 2012, after spending many years launching start-up companies in the high-tech space, Vincent Dowling made the decision to combine his travel expertise with his entrepreneurial skills to start Enchanted Memories Travel. His years of traveling with his own family taught him the importance of great planning and attention to detail. His passion for creating special moments is the driving force behind Enchanted Memories Travel’s commitment to service. Vincent can be found in the Franklin, MA office six days per week, meeting with clients, mentoring Memory Makers®, and meeting with our travel partners. When he’s not working or traveling, he can usually be found close to home enjoying his family – especially his young grandsons.
Enchanted Memories Travel was created in 2012 when my family’s passion for travel and our desire to change career paths met and an idea took hold. Since then I have made it my goal to create experiences for my clients in a very personal way. I enjoy helping people plan memorable vacations, especially to places that they have never visited before. My passion is helping families and couples experience the Caribbean and Europe. I love sharing my personal experiences from these locations with my clients and I’m happiest when I can find just the right experience for your family. Let me help you plan outside the box!
With over 15 years in accounting and finance, I am excited to be supporting the dedicated EMT team in my role as Chief Financial Officer. My own travels have taken me to Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Canada and I look forward to many more travel adventures with my family.
A few of my favorite things are organizing, traveling, and spending time with my family. Working for Enchanted Memories Travel is the perfect way to combine everything that I love to do! Travel is such an important part of my family’s life. We have been traveling with my son since he was a few months old and some of my most treasured family moments were made on vacation. I hope to help create these same amazing memories for our clients! With my bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant, Tourism Management I look forward to using my education and personal travel experiences to help grow Enchanted Memories Travel!
I have been working as a Memory Maker for just about two years, and was fortunate enough to finish 2023 in the top 10 in sales and receive the “Above and Beyond” award at our most recent Sales Conference at Sea.
Prior to joining EMT, I was a teacher for many years, designed curriculum and assessment, and worked in adult continuing education teaching English as a Second Language and “HISet” high school education exam courses. Because I feel so strongly about learning and assessment, I have accepted the role of Training & Support Facilitator to assist new Memory Makers in learning the ins and outs of EMT beyond the initial vendor trainings to help them be as successful as possible with increased independence.
With 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry and 25 years of sales and marketing background, Marybeth takes on this new role with an understanding of the travel industry and how it is evolving.
